Unlike many of our painting competitors we have evolved in the latest Soft Wash/House Wash practices. Such as, if you have a Stucco or Siding house, we will not blast your textures with high pressure.

We would soak your house down with Eco friendly soaps and solutions to kill the alga that exists. This process kills all the alga, knocks off grime, cobwebs, and mud dopplers. Once treated we us a flat surface cleaner (looks like floor buffer) to clean the concrete. This machine eliminates what we call stroke marks done by a handheld wand. It is a superior method done by top tier washers. After this is done, we rinse off any debris and put a concrete brightener on it.
